Don Andrés: My favorite restaurant...
Don Andrés is a fantastic restaurant-cevicheria in the city. It's located on Abtao street #870. It's a big place with open spaces and the food is amazing, on some occasions you can enjoy the music of the orquettes that play in that place. Your attention is from daily from 10 am to 5 pm.
It's well know for the exquisite food they serve there, from regional dishes to seafood, prawns and fish varieties. The appetizer I usually order the most is "Tacacho con cecina", it's accompanied by a delicious cucumber and tomato salad; but my favorite dish is a "Combination of ceviche", it comes with "chicharrones" with fried cassava and "patacones" is a complete delight! They also serve a variety of drinks such as soft drinks, sodas and even cocktails.
