One of the great characteristics for which our country is well recognized is for gastronomy, and even more so if it comes from the Peruvian jungle.

Our Amazon is home to the most exquisite dishes in Perú, and if you plan to visit the city of Iquitos you have to try these delights, and one of these is the Juane.

Traditionally you can enjoy more of this dish in the month of June, where the feast of San Juan is celebrated. On this date people prepare from days before with festive activities such as jumping to shunto, gang and without exception, you can not miss the preparation of the delicious Juane, since this is the center of this whole celebration.

The Juane has a great variation, but remains one of the most exquisite dishes in the region...

- My eating habits -

Personally, my food habits are very varied.

For breakfast, I usually have a papaya juice accompanied by chicken sandwich. On other occasions I prepare scrambled eggs with patacones accompanied by a hot coffee.

For lunch, usually eat at home with my family and only on special occasions do we go out to eat in restaurants. But when I'm home, usually as a chicken stew with rice accompanied by a cucumber and tomato salad or white salad. I really love salad! From time to time as a dessert we eat cookies, jelly or cake.

For dinner, I prefer to eat something lighter like a tea or coffee accompanied by a ham sandwich. On some occasions we order food by delivery such as pizza, burger or makis.
